About the Event

A variety of storytelling experiences for children and adults await visitors to the Cherokee Nation Anna Mitchell Cultural & Welcome Center on Saturday, July 19. Celebrate Cherokee stories — some new, others passed down through generations, imagined and shaped through a variety of media and activities. Admission is free!

10 AM – Traditional Storytelling with Whitney Roach

11 AM – Children’s Book Reading with Andrea L. Rogers

12 PM – Live Illustration Activity with MaryBeth Timothy

1 PM – “Man-Made Monsters” (Young Adult/Adult) Reading & Q&A with Andrea L. Rogers
