SPRING BREAK MAKE & TAKE

ALL CHEROKEE NATION MUSEUMS
MARCH 21; 10 AM – 4 PM

Bring the kids along for fun, culture and history at the Cherokee National Prison Museum, Cherokee National Supreme Court Museum, John Ross Museum and Sequoyah’s Cabin Museum. During our Spring Break Make & Take, kids can participate in making various cultural crafts at each museum.

Mini gourd painting is happening at the Cherokee National Prison Museum. Cornhusk flowers are being created at the Cherokee National Supreme Court Museum. Constructing turtle egg cartons will be going on at the John Ross Museum, and k
ids can make their own finger puppets at Sequoyah’s Cabin Museum.

Children are encouraged to take home their new creations to show family and friends.

The Cherokee National Prison Museum​ is located at 124 E. Choctaw St. and the Cherokee National Supreme Court Museum is at 122 E. Keetoowah St., both in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

The John Ross Museum is located at 22366 S. 530 Road in Park Hill, Oklahoma.

Sequoyah’s Cabin Museum is located at 470288 Highway 101 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
